cyerage Posted February 16, 2005 Report Share Posted February 16, 2005 I'm using Retrospect 6.5 and have the Media Request Timeout set to 1 hour but it is ignored. Am I missing a setting to allow this to occur? Currently the job is just queuing up. The following day an operator puts in another tape and the job is still looking for another tape and another job becomes queued. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
