JeffV Posted January 30, 2005 Report Share Posted January 30, 2005 Retrospect SBS 6.5.350 on SBS 2003 I've just discovered that up through 12/31/2004, scheduled backups ran normally. On 1/1/2005, they stopped working unattended. If I log on to the server as Administrator (under whose credentials backups are set to run) and leave Retrospect open, they seem to run OK. The failures do not correspond to any known config change or software installation. Server has been restarted but the problem continues. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
natew Posted February 3, 2005 Report Share Posted February 3, 2005 Hi The launcher service may be corrupt. Go to the startup preferences, disable the launcher service and reboot the machine.
