It seems that on one of the client machines the Retrospect Client is disabled. When Retrospect Client is displayed on the screen, the status is shown as off and none of the controls are enabled. natew Posted December 21, 2004 Report Share Posted December 21, 2004 Hi I would rebooot, uninstall and reinstall with the latest client from the Dantz updates site.
