Retrospect 6.5 Win2k - backup error on Mac Client -1002

We are running Retrospect 6.5 on Win2000 server and backing up several Mac Servers. Three of the servers are reporting -1002 errors and only are backed up partially. Sometimes it seems as if this can create a -519 error... is that correct? One day a -519 will appear with the -519 and sometimes it won't. A few Mac Servers are backed up with no problem. All of them are running the most recent client.

 

Any advice on how to deal with this?

What OS and client version are the mac servers running? Have you got Retrospect 6.5.350 installed on the backup machine? Are there any single files larger than 2GB on the mac servers?
