  1. Hello, Sorry for being ignorant, since I can't remember which version the dashboard was introduced in. It was working fine, until I upgraded to the next major version. I think maybe I skipped from v12 to v14. I'm now on 15. Anyway, the Dashboard has been gone since I upgraded to 14. It's simply blank. I seem to recall the same thing happening to my dad's Mac (he hay have skipped from v12 to v15 actually). Screenshot attached. It's not supposed to be blank, right? How can I fix this? Thanks :) Eirik
  2. Hi, I have a single server plus client setup runing on 15.6.1. Whenever I look at the Backup Report Pie chart I think that I've got loads of failed backups unprotected clients as a number of clients are appearing in the grey section. However if I look at these clients in the "Past Backups" I can see they have run successfully. This isn't for all clients. Any ideas? Thanks, Francis
  3. Retrospect dashboard is extremely slow. Its time consuming just trying to get to the actual retrospect program with having to go through the dashboard every time (if it doesn't freeze first). Is there a way to bypass the dashboard every time?
  4. The title says it all. Retrospect runs but when I attempt to start the dashboard to see what's going on first I get the usual WIndows window wondering if I really really really want to run the program; when I say yes the cursor goes into the busy mode for 10 seconds or so and then poof - nothing. There's no indication in the task manager that the dashboard is running either. Does anyone have a solution?
  5. This is a cosmetic problem, but should be noted and fixed. If you scroll the dashboard up and down lines appear at the bottom of the window. They are erased in a second or two. They appear to be an off-by-one error in the scrolling code. I include a couple of screen shots showing the problem. I'm running Retro, Mac OS X 10.8.5
  6. Cosmetic problem seen on v12. If you have enough of a list of media sets so that the list in the dashboard allows you to scroll up and down, you may notice that when you scroll down, the bottom edge of the screen leaves a black line across the window, which is erased in a second or two apparently by a refresh. This appears to be a rendering off-by-one error, and only briefly annoying, but is ugly. Console v12 running on mac os X 10.8.5
