  1. Is there a way to export the catalog file contents to a csv or txt file? Retrospect v 6.1
  2. I have the same problem, but I have already uninstalled the previous instance of multi server from the old server. On the new server, all the sql servers show unlicensed and the license file shows 1 used 0 available. I am still backing up the same database. It shows unlicensed but it was licensed on the other instance of multi server on the old server. thanks

  4. to clarify - I get the error when attempting to transfer snapshots to a removable sata drive (the hard drive in the enclosure is "new"). The error is "Assertion failure at ex_arcopy.cpp-2633 A copy of the error has been filed in assert_log.utx" I cannot locate assert_log.utx anywhere on the backup server
  5. Windows Multi Server 7.6 I have added a new removable drive to backup server. When I attempt to do a transfer snapshot to the new drive, Retrospect closes unexpectedly with an error: ex_arcopy.cpp-2633 I cannot find any information on this error
  6. Backups are not grooming properly (set to keep 1 backup, but grooming doesn't happen - backup sets are huge). When I try to initiate a groom from the backup set, I get a error -1017 (insufficient permission) and grooming fails. I have rebuilt the catalog and still get error + Retrospect version 7.6.123 Launched at 5/30/2010 9:29 AM in user account IMCRAFT\rbu + Driver Update and Hot Fix, version + Executing Grooming at 5/30/2010 9:29 AM (Execution unit 1) Grooming Backup Set EpicorApp Backup... There is a problem connecting to the mailbox. Check: 1. Microsoft Exchange may not be running. 2. The mailbox may not exist. If the mailbox has been deleted, this is normal. 3. The mailbox store for this mailbox may not be mounted. Check its status in the Exchange manager. This backup set does not have any Exchange mailboxes.
