  1. To answer your questions, I am running Windows XP Home Edition and I do have service pack 2 but unfortunately I do not have the required windows CD with the authentication code. Gateway only delivers a recovery disk which can be used for system recovery and I do feel that it work as an alternate to the windows CD. If you know of any workarounds please let me know. Thank you,
  2. First, thank you for your response but unfortunately me computer is a a Gateway computer and they do not offer the required Windows installation CD with the authentication code. They only deliver their "Gateway system recovery" CD and I not think it will meet your requirements. If you have a workaround please let me know. Thank you, Mr. Victor Testa

  6. After backing up some of the files on my hard disk using Retrospect Express Version 6.5.342, I would like to know if there is any way to view and use the contents of a specific file within the backed up folder and contained files. If so, could you please provide directions for this operation.
