dbookbinder
I've been backing up my C drive to an external drive, and until now the backup has run without errors. Now I get this error: File "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Retrospect\RtrExec.dir\Exec\State\RetroSnp.dat": didn't compare at offset 3,169,424 in stream "Data" I'm assuming this means that the snapshot file has been corrupted. Is this correct? If so, is there a way to re-create it so it is accurate in case I need it for future restore? Are there known causes for the snapshot to be corrupt? And if it's not an error, what is the explanation? I have been doing open file backups and have done several backups to the same backup set without this error occurring.
