tdushane Posted October 10, 2004 Report Share Posted October 10, 2004 It appears that the disk backup set is created within a folder, and it consists of a group of files (.rdb) which are 600 MB each or less. Is there any way to adjust that size? It apperars to have been chosen because it easily fits on a CD disk. My reason for wanting larger .rdb files is that I have a DVD burner, and if I could adjust those .rdb files to, say 4.4 Gigs, then I could independently back up the .rdb files themselves as an additional safety measure. I realize I also can use the DVD as a backup device within Retrospect, but I have personal reasons for not doing this. Thanks for the consideration.
