khodge
Could someone tell me how to get past this error message? Exchange Server on x was empty (had no volumes). I am using the Exchange agent. If I look under the servers name in the volumes screen, Exchange server is listed. I don't see a way to add more information. Subvolumes is not an option when I click there. The error is similar to knowledge base article 28143, that describes the "container exchange mailboxes was empty," but the solution to choose all of the mailboxes doesn't fit this situation. Thanks for your help. I'm using version 6.5.350.
natew
Hi Below the exchange server Icon you should see the storage group and the mailbox container. Do you get this error when you select them individually? If they aren't showing it may be a problem with login credentials Thanks Nate
khodge
They aren't showing at all. I read through the book, and I tried using the account I created for retrospect, and also the domain admin account. I made sure the account for retrospect has backup operator and is a member of the exchange admin groups. I tried rebooting the backup server, and was going to reboot the mail server, but forgot to do it last night. I'll try it tonight and it let you know. It seems to me that it had worked properly in the past. Thanks.
