BobW
When I run a Duplication in 6.5, Retrospect spends a long time "Duplicating state information". What is 'state information' and why does it need to be duplicated?
natew
Hi State information is Registry and NTFS permissions. It is critical if you need a bootable copy of your disk. Unfortunately it takes a while even if there weren't many files copied in the duplicate. Thanks nate
