"Bad backup set header found", and "Backup set format inconsistency" and error 109 (unexpected filemark or FTP end of file). The book indicates that "Bad backup set header" CAN indicate a SCSI problem. I have changed the SCSI cable, moved the drive to a different computer and also isolated that device on the SCSI chain only to recieve the same error.
