E-Mail Notification - Incorrect UTC/GMT Offset during daylight savings time?

Running Retrospect Windows Singer Server v6.5.350 on Window 2003 Server Standard Edition.

 

Notification E-Mails Sent By Retrospect have incorrect UTC/GMT Offset during daylight savings.

 

RFC822 Date Header, for when message was created, has -0800 not -0700 from UTC/GMT as required for correct time display during PDT.

 

Daylight savings time is set in Windows date & time control panel.

 

Any Ideas how to correct/adjust/fix this in Retrospect?

In the past this has occured primarily with Qmail. What mail server are you using? Do you have the same trouble when you use the external email notifiers for Retrospect?
