E-Mail Notification - Incorrect UTC/GMT Offset during daylight savings time?

Running Retrospect Windows Singer Server v6.5.350 on Window 2003 Server Standard Edition.

 

Notification E-Mails Sent By Retrospect have incorrect UTC/GMT Offset during daylight savings.

 

RFC822 Date Header, for when message was created, has -0800 not -0700 from UTC/GMT as required for correct time display during PDT.

 

Daylight savings time is set in Windows date & time control panel.

 

Any Ideas how to correct/adjust/fix this in Retrospect?
