When I go to configure the drive the configure exec fails and the log reads: ∆ Retrospect Express version EZQuest Edition5.1.167 launch at 2/10/2004 5:11 PM + Retrospect Driver Update, version 4.2.105 Running Custom Configuration tests on LITE-ON LTR-52246S at 2/10/2004 5:13 PM 2/10/2004 5:13:02 PM: Setup test: Successful 2/10/2004 5:13:02 PM: Default setup test: Successful 2/10/2004 5:13:02 PM: Drive type test: Successful 2/10/2004 5:13:02 PM: Drive initialization test: Successful 2/10/2004 5:13:28 PM: Disc information test: Successful Testing CD-R media type 2/10/2004 5:13:29 PM: Write method 1 tests start 2/10/2004 5:13:37 PM: Write method 1 tests final result: Failed 2/10/2004 5:13:37 PM: Write method 2 tests start 2/10/2004 5:13:46 PM: Disc information test: Failed - 2/10/2004 5:13:46 PM: Custom Configuration tests: Failed cd-r media type I'm using a 700MB CD-R disc from Prime Peripherals the configure program keeps ruining my blank CDs #$%^^^^%$$##!!!$%^^ Help!!
