clewis
I upgraded to Professional 6.5 yesterday. Since installing it, I get an error message every time I run my email program (Eudora). The message reads, "Could not install Eudora MAPI system because MAPI.DLL and/or MAPI32.DLL are in use. Please close any MAPI clients that are running (including Exchange.)" The message occurs whether or not Retrospect is running. I know Retrospect is causing the problem, because it stopped when I uninstalled Retrospect, and it started again when I reinstalled it. I do not see where Retrospect has a need to (or an ability to) send an email message, especially when it is not running. How do I get it to stop using the MAPI file?
