No big selection or good prices possible. Drive configurator didn't really help since drives work with about 16Mb/min instead of about 200Mb/min. On the macintosh it worked better with the new version. Cheap software like Nero supports 100x more drives than retrospect effortlessly. Because of this and many more problems (also with your gentle but mostly clueless support) I will look for another backup solution for me and my 20 customers.
