Can't backup individual mailboxes

hi guys

 

Using EA 6.5 i am getting the following errors attempting to backup individual mailboxes;

 

error -3421 and error -3402

 

I can backup my mailstore just fine but no luck with individual boxes?

 

What gives?

Make sure you are using Retrospect 6.5.336. Can you post some more details about your exchange setup?

My problem looks similar but not the same. I am backing up multiple locations with my particular script, including files on my mail server, the mail store itself - and a couple of induvidual mailboxes. I have not upgraded to 6.5.366 and will do that now. But here is my error log for these mailboxes...

Any more thoughts please let me know.

 

BTW - I don't know if this was a 'feature' of 6.5.??? but it is as slow as molasses and my system keeps stalling and i have to refresh every minute when using retrospect through the GUI?

Hi

 

Make sure the user that you have retrospect running as (and logging into the exchange server as) has a valid mailbox with at least one message in it. What version of Exchange do you have? You may want to try forgetting the exchange client and then logging it back in again.
