davidmerlin Posted November 19, 2003 Report Share Posted November 19, 2003 Hi, We have an E-Mac running OS 10.2 with the following drive Toshiba SD-R2102 (Apple version) Manufacturer:Toshiba Interface: ATAPI Media: CD-RW/DVD Combo Version: 1A34 web site shows this drive as being totally compatible with Retrospect. Is it not seeing the drive at all? If you go to Configure > Devices and insert a blank, unformatted CD does it show up? What version of Retrospect and Driver Update do you have? davidmerlin Posted November 19, 2003 Author Report Share Posted November 19, 2003 Thanks for the reply, Retrospect Express 5.0 (shipped with Norton Utils) Version 5.0.238 Driver Update 3.6.106 When Disk is installed Retrospect still does not show media When Device Status is clicked it displays the drive.
