Stanley Posted October 3, 2003 Report Share Posted October 3, 2003 I have a PB G4 Titanium with a MATSHITA UJ-815 Rev DOC4; OS 10.2.6 . I bought Express 5.0238 for this machine and have never been able to use it because the Superdrive is not compatible. Dantz wouldn't refund the money, nor would the dealer after the package was opened. So now I see we have a firmware upgrader for the Superdrive. I download it and follow the instructions to the "T." All programs and windows closed. It finds the drive, the thermometer just starts and then it freezes. Nothing happens. Frozen for 20 minutes. I reboot. It appears that there was no damage to the Superdrive. Anyone have any ideas why it won't work? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
