bgjhu Posted September 10, 2003 Report Share Posted September 10, 2003 It appears that VMWare (I'm using VMWare Workstation 4.0 on XP Pro) interferes with the operation of the Windows Client. I suspect that it has to do with VMWare installing their own network redirector drivers. If you run VMWare, RetroClient doesn't seem to work again until you reboot. Guest psykoyiko Posted September 15, 2003 Report Share Posted September 15, 2003 I'm running Vmware 4.0 on Windows XP with Retrospect client 6.5 running on the same machine, and it works just fine, regardless of how many times I start vmware.
