barymoron Posted July 5, 2003 Report Share Posted July 5, 2003 Hello When I do "Configure Devices", select the environment tab then right-click my drive, the "Configure CD-RW..." command is greyed out. Any idea why this might be? It's Retrospect v6.0 and I'm using an Iomega 4x4x6 USB drive. I know this drive is supported but tech support suggested I reconfigure to try to iron out a problem I had been, and am still, having. AmyJ Posted July 11, 2003 Report Share Posted July 11, 2003 Is there a driver loaded for the drive currently? In other words, can Retrospect use it with the built-in driver? What OS? If WinXP or 2K, try temporarily moving the Retrospect folder from the following location: Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data Launch Retrospect, enter your license code.
