dizave
I have Retrospect 6.5 Multi-Server installed on a Dell Powervault 725 (NAS Device). I will be using this to perform backups of my complete network.. what's the best way for me to setup schedules? Here's what I ultimately need to do: Day 1 (Full Backup of all machines on network) Day 2-6 (Backup of changed files) Day 7 (Start over with full backup) all backups will be performed to a RAID5 array in the NAS that has 207GB available for use. I'm a little confused how many backup sets I will be creating, do I just create 1, and then set it to do a recycle on Day 7? or do I do 2, Thanks for any help that can be provided! -Dave dave@global-image.com
AmyJ
You can use 1 or 2. We always recommend having more then one backup set for redundancy. From the scenario you described, only 1 backup set is required. If you use 2 sets (or more), you can alternate weekly.
