chococat Posted April 2, 2002 Report Share Posted April 2, 2002 Using desktop Mac 4.3C on an iMac running 9.0.4, the internal hard drive shows up nowhere in retrospect's dialogues, whether extensions are off or on. I have no way of setting up a backup if I can't get Retrospect to recognize the hard drive. The idea of paying retrospect $39.95 to tell Dantz tech support that their product doesn't even work when extensions are off makes me barfy. Thanks for your attention.
