graystrickland Posted May 15, 2003 Report Share Posted May 15, 2003 I upgraded to Retrospect Multi-Server 6.0 and later purchased the Open File Backup option. The license code for that 6.0 add on was successfully installed in 6.0 (although OFB never worked correctly). Yesterday I installed the 6.5 M-S upgrade. It failed to "grandfather" my OFB option. The 6.5 license manager shows that OFB option is not installed/licensed. When I try to use the same license code from my 6.0 OFB purchase, it rejects the code.
