Garyh99 Posted April 1, 2002 Report Share Posted April 1, 2002 I originally purchased Retrospect 4.0 way back when. I upgraded to 4.3 way back when. Now, I want to upgrade to 5.0. I went to the Dantz site and purchased the $99 upgrade. When it asked be for my install code, I used the same one I've always used, the same one that allowed me to purchase the upgrade, and it wasn't accepted. It's one of those UXXXXXXXXXX codes. I've read that they're not good any more. How can Dantz accept it for the upgrade purchase, but not allow it for use of the upgrade. Has anyone had this problem after installation. How did you resolve it. Will they email me a new code. Who do I contact. I've emailed customer service, but no response. Dantz is leaving me very frustrated, and out $99. HELP!!!!!
