win 2k clients

When adding the volumes of a windows 2k client , the error message is, can't access drive C

error- 517 (backup client is busy). I can ping the client from the backup server and I can ping the server from the client's PC. The status on Retrospect on the client's PC is connected.

Help please.

- Reboot the client, if you have not already

- Try a clean install of the client - uninstall / reboot / reinstall
