fred Posted January 2, 2002 Report Share Posted January 2, 2002 I have a Mac G4 533/X2 with 9.1 and Retrospect 4.3 with the extension update the driver update and SDAP. I have a Yamaha external CD/RW connected to the scsi card that came with the computer. When I try to use the external I get an error #102 (trouble comminicating). When I try to use the internal drive it is not recognized by the program. What steps should I take to make this work. I am running only the retrospect and 9.1 "all" extensions. Gandalf465 Posted January 18, 2002 Report Share Posted January 18, 2002 Another fairly obvious thing to check is your SCSI connections. Ensure the last item on the chain is terminated.
