I'm a long time Retropsect user (Reg # U4000043952 current version 4.3 OS 9.2.2) and have been using a 4/8G SCSI drive to date. Restrospect doesn't see the drive when I go to Configure/Devices, is there an additional extension needed? ->Ken Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
IrenaS Posted March 29, 2002 Report Share Posted March 29, 2002 This drive requires: -Retrospect 4.3A -Retrospect FireWire Support, version 1.1.1 (extensions folder) -Indigita FireWire Tape Driver, version 1.1.1 (extensions folder) -Onstream firmware 1.09 The extensions are installed when you install the Retrospect application. If you do not have them, do a custom install of Retrospect, selecting these items.
