Merrill
Since I had good luck restoring from a duplicate, I think that is the best way to go for me. Many times I won’t change but a couple of files in a day, so I was just wondering if it would mess anything up to just copy the changed files over to the duplicate? I can’t see where it would since you duplicate in reverse.

I'm not sure I understand which direction you're referring to... - Drag original files to duplicate destination or - Drag duplicated files back to original location If you just need a file or two from your duplicate, copying the files manually through Windows may be more efficient then using Retrospect. If you're referring to your ongoing duplicate (backup strategy), your best bet is to let Retrospect perform the operation which will ensure that all changed files get copied.
