rbk Posted January 9, 2003 Report Share Posted January 9, 2003 I’m unable to restore drive ‘C’ to a new hard drive from a newly created disaster recovery CD. After loading Window XP and Retrospect 6.0 from the CD, Retrospect cannot find my tape device . I'm using a Seagate TapeStor Travan 20 USB 1.1 tape drive. The Travan tape drive is plugged into an Adaptec USB 2.0 card. Retrospect has no trouble finding my CD-RW drive. Any ideas on what I need to do? Thanks for your help.
