stevesol
I just uninstalled the Retrospect OS X Beta and installed the release version today. Afterwards, several of my preferences were lost, including my alert sound, sound volume, and menu clock settings. My mac.com account was also erased from my Mail prefs. Since I have done nothing else recently to my Mac, I assume that somehow selecting the Retrospect "default' settings during installation somehow reset many of my system defaults. Is this possible? It is running as a root application... Has anyone else experienced this?
