snapbean
I am contemplating purchasing Retrospect Express 5 for Mac OS X. My drive is a Fantom 16x10x40, model # 360118-FW (Firewire). Mechanism is TEAC CD-W516EB. The searchable database says that the EZQuest Boa 16x10x40 with the same Teac mechanism is qualified, but doesn't specifically mention Fantom's drive. I had tried the beta version of Express, and it never worked. Always crashed. Am I missing something here? Thanks.
