ShelaghG Posted January 27, 2002 Report Share Posted January 27, 2002 I've just installed a Seagate Travan USB Tape Drive and Retrospect Express 5.5. The s/w isn't seeing my tape drive at all, although I can see it in my hardware config. I'm running XP but there doesn't seem to be any mention of XP on Retrospect's site - is it useable with XP? The knowledge base seems to non-existant too. Any help would be appreciated before I pack it all in the box and send it back. Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
