JessiDay
Hi. I just purchased an IOmega hard drive and downloaded Retrospect Express HD 2.5.113. My OS is Vista Home Premium 64 bit. Retrospect downloaded ok and ran its first back up ok. But now, when I open Retrospect, it takes a long time to open. And then I can't click any buttons (Setup or Restore). any ideas what to do? Thanks.
Daniels
Number one I would upgrade from Vista x64 to Windows 7 x64 as the unofficial word from Microsoft is that Vista x64 was never finished. From what I have seen on the board Retrospect Express is not compatible with Vista and 7 and you will need to upgrade to the full product.
