sidebrake
I have Retroclient 7.7.100 installed on a Fedora 13 box. When I select "on" and try to apply, I get an message saying: "There was an error while applying the changes: Client not running." (note: I am starting the client as super user from the terminal) Anyone have an idea of whats going on that can provide some help? Thanks. mauricev
What do you see when you enter ps -ef | grep retro into the terminal? You should see something like /usr/local/dantz/client/retroclient -daemon
LOOK!72
Before installing an new client, killing all processes including "retro" worked for me (not just "rcl stop"). In fact I think, the running client is not stopped by the installer so the new one can't start ....
