StaffanC
Hi, Running Retrospect Professional 7.7.341 (64-bit) on Windows 7 Professional. I don't know what has happened since I turned to 64-bit OS and the retrospect 7.7. I can' trust the daily backups any longer. Quite often there is some sort of "denied permission" reported during backup. The backup operation on the drive subject to backup is aborted and retrospect will continue with the next drive. I'm running Retrospect using my administrator account. What is the minimum required permissions on the HDD to enable Retrospect to work properly? I have only three groups/names listed on the Drive Properties Security Tab: System (full control) + My User Name on the network (I'm a network administrator i.e. Full control) + Administrators (Full control) Question: Does anybody else need permissions an the HDD for Retrospect to work properly? Cheers, Staffan Carlsson
