Bruce Cain Posted October 8, 2010 Report Share Posted October 8, 2010 Running Windows 7, 32-bit Retrospect version 7.5.324 Running as "administrator" with all privileges. I get the following message: "Retrospect is locked. Only a member of the Administrator's group can unlock and use Retrospect." Entering user name and password of the computer does not work. Setting up another user with full privileges and using that set up does not work. Running it in Windows XP compatibility mode also doesn't work. The results are the same. Any suggestion?
