buxtons Posted September 22, 2010 Report Share Posted September 22, 2010 We have a 7.6 install running on Win2K8R2 we are trying to backup a file server to a Raid box using file backup sets. We get an error every time though stating that we cant backup that much info and are limited to 1,024G. That makes no sense as it is on a 8tb raid with ntfs and we have done this on the mac version no problem. any ideas? thanks! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
AndrewA Posted September 23, 2010 Report Share Posted September 23, 2010 Even on the Mac side the File backup set is limited to a Terabyte. I have seen where it has gone beyond 1TB but usually Retrospect has a problem with that set at that point. You need to use the disk sets.
