support Posted September 23, 2002 Report Share Posted September 23, 2002 I have a server running version 5 MAC classic and i mad 2 identical Mac OS X clone with the client install and configured. When i start the BackUp i get a conflict message telling me that i have 2 users with the same activation code. How do i change one of the activation code. AmyJ Posted September 23, 2002 Report Share Posted September 23, 2002 Activator codes went away with Retrospect 4.2. Activator code conflicts come from using old client software, or possible client software that has been upgraded from older versions. On the application side: Forget both clients in Configure > Clients On the client side: Uninstall the client Reboot Install a clean copy from the installer Application: Log in new clients Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
