willfurby Posted September 8, 2010 Report Share Posted September 8, 2010 Windows Server 2003 Enterprise R2 SP2 Retrospect Multi Server v 7.6.123 Driver Update and Hot Fix, v 7.6.2.101 Backing up the following server: Windows Server 2003 Standard R2 SP2 Exchange 2003 Standard SP2 I receive the following errors when backing up one of the mailboxes: 1) T-674: PtSend: cmd MbeF/msg RdBg: byte count 1215 exceeds maximum of 1024 2) Trouble reading files, error -523 (service transaction error) Any assistance would be appreciated. willfurby Posted October 6, 2010 Author Report Share Posted October 6, 2010 (edited) I found that this error only applies to one mailbox on the Exchange server; and that user account is disabled.
