vinod Posted May 29, 2010 Report Share Posted May 29, 2010 We have download retrospect 7.7 for windows for trial version. We have HP MSL 6000 tape library with 2 drives. We have successfully installed retrospect Backup software with backup server but when we configured library with device option there it shows 2 drives with no medias and slots. We have installed latest patch, But Still problem persist. Note: - We have tried the same with retrospect 7.6 and it is working fine.
