today 0 Report post Posted February 8, 2010 7.7.208 I just tried to import some selectors. The File Open box that's shown has the Filename area greyed out. Not matter what .rxx files I click on, I get nothing. Is there a workaround for this? I have extensive selector files and am trying to copy my old scripts to a new machine. I don't want to have to type these all in by hand.
today 0 Report post Posted February 8, 2010 My old machine is running 7.5 and the new one is 7.7. But I tried exporting and then reimporting the same selector from 7.7 and that didn't work either.
zhaoding 0 Report post Posted February 8, 2010 You can just double click the .rxx file, or highlight it then click the "Open" button. It works even though the Filename field is grayed.
today 0 Report post Posted February 8, 2010 No, it doesn't work double-clicking it, or selecting it and pressing open. Just sits there as if I didn't do anything. Doesn't give me a warning or error.
poorman 0 Report post Posted February 8, 2010 Another thing to try is to drag-and-drop the fine into Retrospect. -- Pete
Rhyslin 32 Report post Posted September 1, 2010 (edited) I have the same problem. Can't get the file to be accepted in the file dialog, and no, double-clicking it doesn't work, nor can it be dragged and dropped into Retrospect. Edit... OK, tried double-clicking it in Explorer, and that seemed to work. Edited September 1, 2010 by Guest
