Linux support for Professional 6.x?

From what I can tell, the new Linux client is not supported with Professional 6.x . I have a Windows XP workstation & a Linux mail server at home that I use for personal use. I would very much like to back these two devices up using Retrospect, but I can't justify the cost of the server edition license. Any plans on adding support for Linux for the Professional version?

You are correct, you must use the Multi-Server edition to backup Linux clients at this time. There are no plans to port that functionality in the Professional Edition at this time. I would suggest posting this as a feature request in the Product Suggestions forum.
