wilcox33
We just installed an iomega Home Media Network Drive via network cable. Have had two unsuccessful attempts to do a backup...the backup seems to be running okay but at some point the network connection gets lost. We are trying to determine whether it is software or hardware related. Has anyone had any exerience using this software with the iomega Home Media Network Hard Drive? Thank you. correohs
I’ve the same problem and I try to find the solution for it. For now I’ve to turn it off and turn it back on. The Iomega 34337 HMND is attached to Apple AirPort Extreme Base Station Router. Thanks
correohs
I spoke with Iomega support. they need serial number to verify the warranty. They mentioned that lock up can occur due to bad power supplies. They will send me another one, it will take around a week for me to receive it, then I'll keep my eyes on it, and then I'll send my report to you. itc_sburnett
I was experiencing failures, but it turned out to be long running backups >2hours and my power settings on the PC. I had the power profile set to 'sleep' the pc after an hour. Once I tunred it to NEVER, i havent had any issues
