sgasch Posted September 10, 2002 Report Share Posted September 10, 2002 I am running Retrospect 4.3 on a Mac Server, under OS 8.0 and backing up Macs and Windows Servers. On one of the NT Servers, I want to back up only particular folders, but even though I define them as subvolumes, it still tries to backup the whole Volume. The manual (an old one) says that this works for some operations, but doesn't say which ones. Can you point me somewhere to find out how this can be done (or tell me whether or not it can be done)? Guest Posted September 11, 2002 Report Share Posted September 11, 2002 [This thread moved to the appropriate forum] Once you've defined the subvolumes, you need to be sure that only the subvolumes are showing up in your sources.
