Trouble with install

I had to set a up a new hard drive and re-install Windows XP Pro 64 bit. I was using Retrospect Express HD 1.1.127 along with a Maxtor One touch drive.

I got the download from the retrospect site and installed it. The install and subsequent opening of the program never prompts or allows me to enter in my product key.It opens and shows the word "unlicensed". I cannot use setup or do anything. It used to work fine.

I have the original disc that came with the Maxtor One Touch drive, but it has an older version of the software that was replaced by this 1.1.127 version.

Any help with this will be much appreciated. I'd like to be able to use the Maxtor backup drive.
