Exchange Mailboxes not showing

We have Retrospcet 7.6 for windows installed, we have set this up to backup exchange 2007 mailboxes.

 

However I have noticed that any new mailboxes I add now do not appear in Retrospect. This means of course I am unable to back them up.

 

Please can anyone help.

 

I have tried restarting the rerospect client, restarting exchange to no avial.
