Sperlock
I'm using Retrospect Express HD 2.5 on a computer with Windows XP Home Edition, Service Pack 3 installed and an Iomega Silver Series external hard drive. I have been trying to reinstall some files I recently lost, among them my Outlook Express address book. I found an article on a web site that said the Outlook Express address book is located in C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Application Data/Microsoft\Address Book\user_name.wab. I went into Restrospect Express, found the file name on the backup hard drive matching the above path for the address book, selected it and when Retrospect Express prompted me to select either the original location on C: or another location to which I wanted to restore the file, I selected the original location on C:. I clicked the Restore button and, after awhile the restore appeared to complete. However, when I went into Outlook Express to see if my address book was restored, the address book apparently did not restore. Can anyone help me resolve this issue? Thanks for any help! mutu26
I have received an email this morning. I read it and closed. But I opened it again and didn't saw anything. I was afraid and didn't know what to do. But to my good fortune I used the Internet and noticed there - recover deleted outlook express mail. It resolved my issue for a minute and without payment as far as I kept in mind.
