Retrospect Cannot Start error 641

I'm unable to launch Retrospect - I get the following error 'Retrospect cannot start. Can't load the configuration, error 641'

 

I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I'm on Vista Premium with Retrospect 7.6.

 

Any suggestions?

Sounds like you may have a corrupt preference file. I don't believe that uninstalling removes that file. Try trashing your config75.dat file, re-enter license, etc.

 

You could then restore your old file from backup (you did back it up?) to get back your scripts, etc.
