tmballistic Posted November 6, 2009 Report Share Posted November 6, 2009 Using Retrospect Express HD v2.5.113 and Windows Vista Home Premium SP1. Lost hard drive and need to restore some files. Restore points available...they show red triangle (failed backup) but still show files available for restore. But when we check the files or folders and click 'restore' we get error messages like "selected snapshot no longer valid." How can I get these files to restore? Thank you.
